Ball Publishing Visits SPI

In August, Ball Publishing made a trip out to SPI (Schumann Printers, Inc.) in Fall River, WI, to see how their publication, GrowerTalks, gets made. Ball Publishing creates magazines, newsletters, online resources, videos, webinars, and podcasts to provide the horticulture industry with cutting-edge information on the latest crops, culture, and innovations. They have been a partner with Schumann Printers for 23 years. They currently print GrowerTalks/GreenProfit, a monthly publication, and a quarterly title called Inside Grower Supplement. 

Their recent visit to SPI was long overdue due to Covid. They enjoyed the tours and learned a lot along the way about how to reduce costs and still put out an exceptional product. Check out Ball Publishing's video above to see GrowerTalks go from computer files to printed products.
