PREPRESS

We bring unmatched precision to every project with advanced thermal computer-to-plate prepress services and G7 technology for consistent color and quality. Our industry-leading systems continually monitor and adjust during press runs to ensure flawless results. Plus, our Kodak Prinergy workflow with InSite soft proofing streamlines approvals, saving you time and money with just an internet connection and a calibrated monitor.

PRESS

As one of the most automated web printers in the U.S., we use state-of-the-art Heidelberg and GOSS presses to deliver top-quality results. With G7 color technology and advanced systems, we ensure fast turnarounds and consistent, superior print quality. For smaller projects, our digital printing offers a cost-effective solution, eliminating the need for extra shipping, storage, or handling.

FINISHING

Our full-service bindery offers a wide range of finishing options, from perfect binding with EVA and PUR adhesives to high-speed saddle stitching for projects of all sizes. With cutting-edge equipment, including Heidelberg perfect binders and specialty stitching machines, we can handle everything from digests to tabloids at impressive speeds. Additional capabilities like tipping, belly banding, and automated poly wrapping ensure we’re ready to tackle even the most complex projects with precision and efficiency.

DISTRIBUTION

Our shipping department ensures your products reach the end-user quickly and securely, whether locally or globally. We use pool shipments to reduce handling errors and shipping times, with daily deliveries to Bolingbrook, Illinois, for co-palletizing or co-mailing with other titles to ensure timely delivery. Customers receive detailed shipping reports with hyperlinked tracking for UPS, FedEx, and truck/LTL shipments, providing instant access to tracking information. It’s all part of our commitment to reliable, efficient service.

X-DIGITAL

X-Digital makes it simple to expand your media brand with digital editions and apps. Our basic package includes responsive HTML5 design, offering both replica and mobile-optimized views. You can also integrate features like video, audio, text-to-speech, social media links, archives, and analytics for a rich multimedia experience.
